My Approach
Once a lover, always a lover.
I've always loved love. Growing up, I would read all of the mushy gushy teen novels and obsess over romance movies. It sparks joy in me whenever a couple tells me about their love story. I want to authentically tell your story!
I want to go where you first met each other, show me your favorite date night or the house you raised your children in. I feel there's so much pressure to capture the "perfect" photo. I truly think that the way to get those moments is to be yourself and document your life the way you live it. I start my sessions off slow and let you loosen up. My approach is for you to see me more as a "fly on the wall" than directly positioning you into poses.
When it comes to sessions with kiddos involved, I've found the best photographs come from candid moments.

Fill out our form with as many details as you can – the more the better!
1. Send an inquiry
I'll respond within 24 hours letting you know if we're available for your date! If we’re free, then the next step (and my favorite) is setting up a coffee date – or whatever’s your jam. If we’re not able to set up an in person meeting due to location or schedules, we'll schedule a Zoom/Facetime call to go over all the details and see if we’d be a good match!
2. Let's chat
Yay! We matched! *high five*. I’ll send you a contract and go over any questions you may have and have you send a 40% retainer fee to *officially* book your date!
3. Let's do this thing
Your wedding gallery will hit your inbox 3 months after your wedding day (maaaaaaybe sooner). You can share all the goodness with your loved ones and you all can relive those moments for a lifetime. Your keepsake photo box with prints and USB will take a little longer for delivery so be patient and it’ll be like a lil’ surprise! *If you book video, your wedding film will be delivered 3 months after your wedding day.
9. You've got mail!
After your date is booked, we get into the nitty gritty. We schedule a date for your engagement session and go over what you’re feeling for the overall vibe!
4. All about you
This is the most crucial (and fun!) part because I get to know you, see the chemistry unfold and help tell your love story through your session. Take me to where you first met, shared your first kiss, date night spots, etc. This is all about showing off your personality and story. You’ll receive your gallery of at least 50 digital images within 4 weeks (and it’s a preview of what your wedding gallery will look like too!).
5. Engagement session
48-72 hours after your wedding day, I will send you a sneak peek gallery. Get those tissues and popcorn ready!!! *If you book video, you’ll receive your highlight reel one month after your wedding date.
8. Sneak peeking
The day is HERE! Remember, you just worry about meeting the love of your life down the aisle; we’ll take care of the rest!
7. Wedding date
About two months before your wedding day, I’ll reach out to schedule another coffee date/call to plan with you! This is where we start putting together your timeline, family shots list and any important details we need to know about! Planning and knowing things ahead of time helps us with making sure we’re in the right spot at the right time to be able to fully document your day.

If you’re looking for traditional photos; you’ve come to the wrong place. We do things differently around here. You won’t hear me say “smile” or “say cheese”. Documenting moments in time is my jam. If you’re wanting to focus more on the “here and now” and less on perfection, I’m your gal!
1. Schedule a session
I’m so excited you want to document this time in your life! Fill out my questionnaire on my contact page! Here, you will tell me a little bit about what type of session you’re wanting, possible dates, locations, etc.
2. Let's connect!
You booked a session?! Let’s go!!! I’m so excited to meet you! Need outfit suggestions, location ideas or help helping your nerves? I’m ready to help! I’m here to help in any way that I can!
3. Plan it
I like to start my sessions out nice and slow. We chat a little to break the ice and by the end of it, we’ve become friends! Instead of using old school posing, I love capturing the in between moments so I use more of a prompt approach. My goal is to intentionally and authentically document you and your loved ones as you are.
4. Session time!
You will receive your gallery within 4 weeks after your session date. Your photos will be displayed on your online gallery and from there, you can download your high quality photos, share your link with friends and family and get prints and albums made and sent right to your door!
